My husband and I have just finished going through the process of selling our home to relocate and purchase a new one and we couldn't be happier with all the help and guidance we received from Lino! Lino helped us come to the right asking price, gave us advice in how to stage our home, took wonderful pictures to help show off the homes beauty and answered all our many questions on the process of it all. We sold in one week and he even helped us to negotiate renting back for a month until we found the right house to purchase. When we did, Lino went to work on negotiating a lower price and setting up an appointment with a great home inspector (Stan) who like Lino is very professional and takes his work seriously. In doing so, it made us even more secure on our decision to purchase. The whole process was so much smoother than we ever expected it to be. We would highly recommend Lino to anyone in the market of buying or selling there home. He even made us the most amazing homemade cheesecake to congratulate us. From start to finish, Lino was wonderful to work with. We cant thank him enough for all his hard work and professionalism in doing all that he did for us!
